Oriental Bodywork massages are the perfect combination of Thai- und Tuina massages. I combine these methods with my knowledge about fascia therapy.
Movement
I offer courses in Ancient Tantra Kriya Yoga, Pilates, Antara and Yin Yoga online and live.
